Infiltrator 2 by Devious Machines is a creative multi-effects plugin for turning static sounds into evolving textures, rhythmic edits and dramatic transitions. Build chains of up to ten effects from a collection of 54 processors, including analogue-style and digital filters, distortion, pitch shifting, delay, reverb and spectral processing. A 32-step sequencer lets you activate individual effects or combinations, making it easy to add stuttering movement to drums, reshape bass lines or push synth parts into unfamiliar territory. Each effect offers two tempo-synced, multi-segment envelopes for detailed modulation, with random patterns, Euclidean rhythms and swing available for extra variation. Over 1,500 categorised presets with assigned macro controls provide quick starting points.
