Inphonik RX1200 is a sampler instrument inspired by the E-mu SP-1200, built for producers who want gritty drums, textured sample chops and vintage digital bass tones inside their DAW. Its 12-bit processing and 26.041 kHz sample rate recreate the character of early sampling hardware, including the aliasing introduced when pitching sounds down. Input amplifier modeling and a switchable resonant low-pass filter add further tonal shaping.
Load sounds into 32 sample slots arranged across four banks of eight pads, then adjust tuning, decay, level and panning. The visual editor lets you trim, normalize, reverse and loop samples without destructive edits. Unrestricted sample length, stereo playback and chromatic mode make RX1200 useful beyond drum programming, while eight assignable outputs support separate processing in your mixer.
Rather than including an onboard sequencer, RX1200 leaves pattern creation to your host. Windows users get 64-bit VST2, VST3 and AAX formats, making it suitable for workflows in FL Studio and Ableton Live. With over 900 factory samples and 50 presets, it gives hip-hop, lo-fi and sample-based producers plenty of material to start shaping.
