ISL 2

NUGEN Audio ISL 2 is a transparent true-peak limiter for mastering, post-production and broadcast audio. Its look-ahead processing catches inter-sample peaks while keeping your mix clear and natural, helping you manage peak levels for streaming, podcasts and downstream MP3 or AAC encoding. Set your true-peak ceiling, then refine the response with adjustable look-ahead and channel linking. An adaptive algorithm responds to incoming frequency content to improve transparency when bass-heavy material pushes the limiter. Steering and Ducking meters reveal how processing affects channel relationships, while diagnostic listening modes help you assess the results. Supporting mono through 7.1 surround, ISL 2 suits home producers polishing stereo masters as well as engineers handling multichannel delivery. Standards-based metering and an Apple Mastered for iTunes true-peak detection option make it a practical choice when reliable peak control matters.
