ISOL8 by TBProAudio is a mix monitoring utility built to help you hear exactly what’s happening across the frequency spectrum. It splits your audio into five adjustable bands using Linkwitz-Riley crossover filters with 24/48dB per octave slopes, then lets you solo or mute each band independently. That makes it easy to zero in on boomy lows, harsh mids, or fizzy highs while mixing and mastering. Beyond monitoring, ISOL8 doubles as a flexible multi-band splitter, letting you route bands through separate plugin chains and mix the results back together. It supports stereo, left, right, mid, and side channel and monitor modes, plus in-place or centered monitoring, channel swapping, output level control, and a loudness dim function. Keyboard shortcuts and a scalable GUI keep the workflow fast. It’s ideal for hobby producers who want clearer, more balanced mixes, and it works on master tracks or individual busses.
