K-Devices TTAP is a dual-buffer delay plugin for music producers who want conventional echoes alongside tape-style pitch movement and more fragmented textures. It suits everyday mixing tasks, subtle rhythmic accents, and experimental sound design where repeats become part of the arrangement.
Each of its two buffers includes controls for shaping the delayed sound’s envelope, plus settings for glitch-like repeats before the feedback stage and warm pitch bends. This gives you ways to change not just when an echo arrives, but how it develops and feeds back.
The Section control sets the second buffer’s maximum duration and also works as a virtual LFO, influencing multiple modulation parameters. Both Section and Delay Time can follow your DAW’s tempo or run independently, with up to three seconds available for each.
For dub-inspired effects, adjusting speed while feedback is high creates stretching and compressing Doppler-style echoes. The Bend control lets you automate or randomize that movement, making TTAP useful for producers exploring evolving delays without giving up straightforward echo duties.
