Karriem Riggins Drums

Karriem Riggins Drums is a Native Instruments Play Series instrument built for hip hop producers who want drums with jazz-inflected swing and grit. Sampled at Sunset Sound’s Studio 3 and processed through modular gear, tape machines, and spring reverbs, it delivers crisp organic tones and high-grit textures that feel human and unmechanical. You get custom kits, one-shots, presets, loops, and groove patterns curated by Riggins himself, with tightness and swing controls for quick pocket adjustment. Drag patterns into your DAW for deeper editing, or start from presets and tweak in real time. The vivid interface, designed by Jason Jägel, encourages experimentation. It suits beatmakers in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want laid-back, head-nodding drums without complex programming.
