SynthMaster 3 is a modular software synthesizer for Windows and macOS, available as VST3, AU, AAX and standalone. It suits hobby producers who want one instrument covering many synthesis types: virtual analog, additive, vector, wavetable, granular, phase modulation, phase distortion, FM, PWM, ring modulation, physical modeling and SFZ sample playback. Each instance can hold up to 16 layers, and each layer up to 16 modules, including oscillators, filters and effects. You can build layers from scratch or duplicate existing ones, then route modules visually in the Routing tab. Up to 32 modulation sources per layer include ADSR and multistage envelopes, LFOs, step LFOs and a noise LFO scaler. Three view modes handle layer editing, keyboard and velocity zones, arpeggiator and sequencer settings, plus insert FX and sends. The granular oscillator supports up to 512 grains per oscillator, while the VAnalog oscillator uses curve segments to mimic analog waveforms with adjustable oversampling. It ships with 3150 factory presets from a team of sound designers. Good for electronic, cinematic and sound-design work in FL Studio, Ableton or Logic.
