Soundiron Lo is a Kontakt instrument and sample library built for punchy electronic kicks, deep bass textures and experimental low-frequency effects. Created by sound designer Spencer Nunamaker of Juno VHS, it includes 176 kicks, 271 bass FX and 23 ambient bass synths, ranging from tight, snappy hits to heavy impacts and atmospheric tones. It suits producers working in EDM, hip-hop, glitch, dubstep and downtempo, as well as composers creating sci-fi soundscapes or game interface sounds. Inside Kontakt, you can shape envelopes, adjust resonant filters and build rhythmic patterns with the adaptive arpeggiator and step sequencer. A DSP effects rack includes convolution reverb with 30 impulse responses. Lo requires the full version of Kontakt 5.5.1 or later, while its clearly named stereo WAV files can also be used directly in compatible samplers and audio software.
