Manley Massive Passive

The Manley Massive Passive EQ plug-in from Universal Audio is a meticulous emulation of Manley Labs’ ultra-high-end tube equalizer, capturing its unique filter curves, band interdependencies, and tube amplifier distortion. This two-channel, four-band EQ blends design elements from console, parametric, graphic, and Pultec EQs to deliver sweet, musical curves with exceptional clarity and headroom. Whether you’re adding presence and sizzle to vocals and drums without harshness, or weight and punch to a full mix without mud, the Massive Passive excels at both subtle and broad tone shaping. It includes a Standard version with continuous bandwidth adjustment and a Mastering version with 16 stepped, recallable settings. The plug-in runs natively on Mac and PC with any audio interface, and also accelerated on Apollo interfaces and UAD-2 hardware. Ideal for hobby producers seeking pro-grade, organic EQ for mixing and mastering.
