MC2000 Multi-Band Compressor HD v7

McDSP MC2000 Multi-Band Compressor HD v7 brings vintage-inspired character and modern dynamics shaping to multiband compression. Designed for AAX DSP users, this HD edition includes three plug-ins: MC202 for two bands, MC303 for three, and MC404 for four. Shape each frequency region with threshold, ratio, attack, release and make-up gain, then refine the response with Knee and BITE controls. Multiple peak detection circuits and analog saturation modelling offer different compression flavours, from controlled and polished to more characterful. Adjustable crossovers with steep 24 dB/octave filters help limit spill between bands, while linked controls simplify multiband adjustments. Use it to manage uneven bass, tame busy mixes or shape instrument dynamics without treating the entire spectrum identically. With mono and stereo versions, updated interfaces and new presets, it suits producers who want detailed dynamic control within an AAX DSP setup.
