UJAM MELLOW 2 is a virtual acoustic double bass instrument for warm, rounded low end and expressive fingered performances. This upgrade requires ownership of MELLOW 1. Its sampled upright bass brings an organic foundation to jazz, singer-songwriter, R&B and hip-hop productions, moving from gentle accompaniment to more prominent bass parts. Player Mode helps you build lines around your song’s key and chords, with intelligent articulation choices and a library of 60 styles and 1,380 phrases. Prefer to play your own parts? Instrument Mode provides MIDI keyboard control, including dead notes, stops and slides. Version 2 adds 20 styles, 30 presets, 15 Finisher multi-effect modes and MIDI drag and drop. With straightforward sound-shaping controls, MELLOW 2 suits beginners seeking convincing bass tracks and experienced producers who want to capture ideas quickly.
