Mensla MS-2 v1.0 VST3 AU WiN macOS [FREE]

Mensla MS-2 is a free three-operator FM synthesizer plugin for producers who want to explore frequency-modulation synthesis in their DAW. Rather than processing an existing audio track, it serves as a software instrument for creating synth parts. Its three-operator design places it in the FM synth category, making it relevant to hobby musicians interested in this approach to electronic sound design.

Version 1.0 is listed with a download size of 22.9 MB. Windows is the explicitly listed platform, while the product title also references macOS and the VST3 and AU plugin formats. Check the available download and its included formats before installing, particularly if you need the AU version for Logic on a Mac.

For FL Studio or Ableton Live users on Windows, MS-2 is worth considering as a free FM instrument, provided the supplied plugin format is supported by your setup. It is aimed at producers seeking a three-operator synthesizer rather than an audio effect or sample collection.
