MetaFilter

MetaFilter is a creative filter plugin that turns ordinary tracks into moving, expressive parts. It offers five filter curves—high-pass, low-pass, band-pass, notch, and comb—plus a VCA, with modulation from envelope following, an external sidechain, a five-waveform LFO, and a 1–16 step sequencer with swing and sync. Shape cutoff, resonance, and delay time in real time, then add analog-style stereo delay, saturation, and bitcrushing for grit or texture. Use it subtly to animate pads and drums, or push it into sequenced resonance and wild LFO sweeps for electronic and sound-design work. It suits hobby producers working with synths, drums, guitars, bass, and samples who want movement and character without complex routing. Over 90 presets provide quick starting points across genres.
