Softube Model 82 Sequencing Mono Synth brings the direct, hands-on character of a classic hardware monosynth into your DAW. Its detailed circuit modelling captures the interaction between synth sections, delivering a dry, focused mono sound for punchy basslines, cutting leads and repeating arpeggios. The built-in sequencer and arpeggiator make it easy to start a pattern, then shape the oscillator and filter controls as it plays—ideal for techno, house and other electronic styles. Run patterns freely using the internal clock/LFO speed, or sync them to your session at quarter-, eighth-, sixteenth- or thirty-second-note divisions. A straightforward interface keeps sound design approachable for beginners while giving hardware-minded producers room to experiment. Alongside the instrument, five modules for Softube Modular are included, offering another way to work with its synth sections.
