MPC Expansion: Underground Trap

Underground Trap is an MPC expansion pack from Akai Professional and Niche Audio, built for producers chasing that hazy, late-night club sound. Inside you’ll find booming 808 subs, crisp hi-hats, and thick analog synths that slot straight into trap, future bass, or any trap-tinged banger. The pack is designed for the MPC workflow, so you can load it up and start sketching beats immediately. It suits hobby producers and beatmakers who want ready-made, club-ready sounds without endless digging. Whether you’re building dark, atmospheric instrumentals or hard-hitting drops, these samples and loops give you a solid foundation. Just note that it requires MPC software or hardware (including MPC Beats) to run—it won’t work in other DAWs on its own. If you’re an MPC user into underground trap, this expansion is a straightforward way to expand your sound palette.
