Native Instruments Maschine 3 is a beat-making and sampling environment for producers who want to develop rhythmic ideas into arranged tracks. It works as standalone software or inside a DAW, letting you build music with virtual instruments and your own samples. Optional Maschine hardware adds hands-on control for writing and performing.

Version 3.7.0 expands pattern creation with per-note probability, a Variation page in the Groove section, and Euclidean and Random note-generation modes. These tools offer ways to introduce movement into repeating parts and explore alternative rhythms. Hardware controls support the new features, too.

Interface updates improve the display of internal instruments and effects on higher-resolution screens. You can also change their order by dragging and dropping, while a channel-strip fix corrects misaligned plugin names.
