AudioThing Noises is an experimental texture instrument created with composer Hainbach, turning unusual recordings into an expressive source of atmosphere and movement. Its sound palette draws on vintage laboratory equipment, tape machines, analog synths, field recordings, and electro-acoustic and magnetic experiments. A large central dial crossfades between eight sounds in each bank, making it easy to explore shifting layers without digging through menus. The built-in sequencer moves the dial for you, with sound muting, sequence randomization, and a fuzzy control for jittery motion. Run it freely, trigger it with MIDI, or synchronize playback with your DAW. From subtle noise beds that tie a mix together to restless textures that anchor an entire track, Noises suits adventurous producers, ambient musicians, and sound designers working on film, games, or podcasts.
