ORBIT Expander: APEX

ORBIT Expander: APEX by Wide Blue Sound is a collection of 80 patches for ORBIT, built around expansive electronic textures and cinematic emotion. Its vibrant pads, expressive leads, and evocative pulses offer a starting point for tracks that need atmosphere, movement, or a memorable melodic voice. Drawing inspiration from the musical worlds of Tycho, Ulrich Schnauss, Jon Hopkins, and Boards of Canada, APEX leans toward immersive sounds with a surreal edge. Use it to sketch ambient passages, add depth to downtempo arrangements, or bring an emotional focus to electronic productions. It suits hobby producers and composers who already use ORBIT and want fresh sounds for atmospheric writing. Rather than a standalone instrument, APEX expands ORBIT with a focused palette for spacious, mood-driven music.
