Sonuscore Origins Vol.4: Oud & Quanun brings two distinctive Middle Eastern string instruments into your Kontakt setup. Pair the oud’s characteristic plucked voice with the qanun’s expressive, zither-like tone for cinematic textures, melodic hooks or rhythmically layered arrangements. Play each instrument separately with single notes and chords, or combine them through the built-in Multi-Arpeggio-Designer. Its two customizable arpeggiators generate interlocking phrases designed to feel musical rather than mechanical. More than 100 presets offer starting points, while detailed pattern controls let you shape your own performances and transfer arpeggio designs between Origins libraries. A further 12 colour presets combine effects and impulse responses to change the sound’s character. This library suits producers and composers seeking traditional instrumental colours with a flexible, pattern-driven workflow.
