OTTX by Rave Generation is a three-band dynamics processor that combines upward and downward compression with per-band waveshaping. It splits your signal into low, mid, and high bands using phase-coherent Linkwitz-Riley crossovers, then lets you independently compress quiet and loud parts in each band. The Inflator-style waveshaping adds harmonic density and perceived loudness without harsh clipping. Use the mix knob for parallel compression, Smart Clip to keep output under 0 dB, and the sidechain high-pass filter to avoid sub-bass pumping. Smooth mode switches to RMS detection for more transparent mastering-grade control.
