PG Music Band-in-a-Box 2022 Build 924 for Windows is an update for the accompaniment and song-arranging software, including fixes and improvements for its DAW plugin. It requires an existing Band-in-a-Box 2022 installation and is not the complete application.

Designed for hobby producers, songwriters and musicians building backing arrangements, Band-in-a-Box combines chord-based song creation with RealTracks, MIDI parts and drums. The 2022 version gives all 24 tracks the same core capabilities, including style support and generation. Playable RealTracks lets you add notes using sounds from the original recordings, while MultiRiff offers alternative performances for selected sections so you can shape an arrangement as you work.

Build 924 focuses on smoother editing, exporting and playback. It corrects unwanted MIDI volume events, improves Utility track handling and resolves several audio import, notation video and automation issues. The included DAW Plugin 4.6.16 update adds a chord-note keyboard display and default output-channel mapping, alongside fixes for track navigation, synchronization and crashes. It is a practical maintenance update for existing Windows users working between Band-in-a-Box and their DAW.
