PhaseMistress

Soundtoys PhaseMistress is an analog-style phaser plugin that brings silky movement, resonant sweeps and rhythmic motion to your tracks. Inspired by classic hardware phasers, it works equally well on funk guitars, swirling keys, animated drums and adventurous vocal treatments. Choose from 69 phasing styles and adjust the stage count from 2 to 24, moving from gentle coloration to dense, dramatic effects. Resonance, colour and intensity controls let you shape the character further. For modulation beyond a traditional sweep, explore varied LFO shapes, draw custom curves or use random and step modes for abrupt changes. Tempo-locked rhythmic patterns help build movement around your groove, while Envelope mode makes the phasing react to incoming audio dynamics. With useful presets and deeper tweaking available, PhaseMistress suits hobby producers who want both quick vintage flavour and room to experiment.
