UVI Plate is a physically modeled plate reverb plugin that recreates the electro-mechanical character of classic hardware units while letting you push far beyond them. Instead of sampling or cloning a single reverb, it builds a fully parametric model of a vibrating metal plate, so you can choose the sheet material, adjust the plate size, reposition inputs and outputs, and add tension or irregularities to the metal. Simulated dampening, thermo-elastic loss and air radiation let you sculpt decay in detail, while a graphical editor with spectral analysis gives hands-on control over decay and EQ. The result is a deep, rich, detailed reverb that moves convincingly from EMT-style vintage warmth to experimental sound design textures.
