Unfiltered Audio Battalion is a drum machine plugin that brings synthesis, sampling, and pattern sequencing into one workspace. Designed for music producers, beatmakers, and live performers, it suits both straightforward rhythm programming and more experimental percussion design.
The synth section offers 20 engines for building drum sounds, from vintage electronic hits to sharp digital clicks and unusual textures. You can also start with the included library of over 1,000 samples or load your own recordings. Four sampler modes—Classic, Phase Warp, Cloner, and Granular—provide different ways to reshape your material, while the BLEND slider combines sampled and synthesized sources.
An onboard graphic sequencer lets you build patterns from scratch or adjust presets. Dedicated Tone, Modulation, Envelope, and LFO controls help refine individual sounds or push them into less familiar territory. For live use, performance mode supports triggering, looping, and manipulating sounds as you play.
Available for 64-bit Windows in VST2, VST3, and AAX formats, Battalion is an option for drum production in compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live.
