Polaris

Audiority Polaris is an echo and reverb plugin that brings the character of late-1970s digital ambience into modern productions. Built around a single multitap delay line, it combines eight programmable early reflections with 16 modulated diffusion taps, letting you shape anything from compact spaces to long, animated reverb tails. Shimmer adds a luminous texture, while sample rate reduction introduces a grainier vintage digital edge. For ambient guitars and evolving pads, Swell softens incoming transients with an attack that follows the delay time. Producers who enjoy deeper sound design can edit taps to explore resonant comb effects, tuned delays, chorus, flanging and vibrato. Pre-delay, stereo width, modulation controls and a three-band feedback EQ provide further shaping options. Polaris suits hobby producers seeking characterful space, expressive echoes and hands-on experimentation rather than just a conventional room reverb.
