PowerStrings is a lightweight symphonic strings instrument built for MSoundFactory, designed to bring lush, vibrant string arrangements to pop, hip-hop, cinematic and ambient productions without slowing you down. Its streamlined interface and intuitive controls make it easy to add depth and grandeur to your tracks, while a modest sample library keeps CPU and RAM use low. A wide range of articulations—from smooth legato to crisp staccato—can be switched live via low keyboard keys, layered together, and adjusted with independent pitch, volume and envelope settings per articulation. The Creative tab lets you transform strings into synth-like textures using convolution, frequency modulation, harmonics and diffusion, blending natural and artificial tones. A built-in FX section handles final polish, so you can skip extra plugins. PowerStrings suits hobby producers and composers who need fast, expressive strings for trailers, soundtracks, pop-rock songs or epic orchestral sketches.
