Progressive Metal ADpak

Progressive Metal ADpak is an expansion for Addictive Drums 2 that captures the powerful, articulate playing of Opeth drummer Waltteri Väyrynen. Recorded on his personal Pearl Reference Pure kit, it features dual 22″ kicks for tight, punchy double-bass work, two snares (brass and steel) for crisp ghost notes and accents, and four toms plus a gong drum for melodic fills. A wide selection of Sabian HHX and AAX cymbals—from shimmering crashes to aggressive chinas—adds depth and character. The kit was used on Opeth’s album “Last Will and Testament,” ensuring a studio-proven sound. With 48 hand-crafted presets by renowned metal producers, this expansion suits producers of progressive metal, djent, and heavy rock who need dynamic, expressive drums that cut through dense mixes.
