Psyche Delay

Psyche Delay is a stereo delay plugin from Native Instruments built for producers chasing atmospheric, psychedelic textures. Inspired by the experimental ‘backwards tape’ techniques of the 1960s, it generates ambient echoes and ethereal reverse-style effects that add depth, space, and character to your tracks. Use it to widen solos, enrich chord progressions, or give vocals a haunting, floating quality. The effect shines in ambient, psychedelic rock, electronic, and cinematic productions where movement and atmosphere matter. It suits hobby producers and sound designers working in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want an easy way to create evolving, retro-flavored delay textures without complex routing. Whether you’re adding subtle spatial dimension or fully washed-out reverse echoes, Psyche Delay delivers a distinctive, vintage-inspired character that sits beautifully in a mix.
