PureAV: Promethium Serum Skin [FREE]

PureAV Promethium is a free interface skin for Xfer Serum, designed for producers who want a different look for their existing synth. It is a visual customization package rather than a standalone VST plugin, instrument, or effect. You will need Serum installed to use it; the skin does not replace the synth or add new sound-generation features.

The Windows-listed download is 12.26 MB and comes as a ZIP archive. To install Promethium, unpack the files into Xfer/Serum Presets/Skins/Promethium/. If you are unsure where your presets are stored, open Serum’s dropdown menu and use it to locate the Presets folder. Once the files are in place, click the Serum logo to select the skin.

Promethium suits hobby producers using Serum in hosts such as FL Studio or Ableton Live who would like to personalize their workspace. Because it is applied inside Serum, it is not loaded as a separate plugin in your DAW. The creator also noted plans to include this skin with a later Serum update.
