PX Guitar Syn

PX Guitar Syn from UVI resurrects the pioneering GS-500 guitar and GR-500 synth engine—the world’s first true guitar synthesizer—as a playable software instrument. Capturing the pre-MIDI magic of the 1977 original, it blends guitar and synth tones into a hybrid library that feels natural and responsive. You get 300 hand-crafted presets built from over 30,000 samples and 217 layers, covering everything from fuzz-driven leads and plucks to lush pads, bells, organs, and polysynths. The dual-layer architecture lets you stack sounds with ease, while a Mode switch offers stompbox-inspired variations for added color. Whether you’re a producer seeking vintage character for rock, electronic, or cinematic tracks, or a guitarist wanting synth textures under your fingers, PX Guitar Syn delivers an inspiring, flexible palette that bridges classic hardware feel with modern software convenience.
