The mixIR3 is an impulse response loader and convolution reverb plugin that lets you stack and blend up to 64 IRs at once, with zero latency for live playing. It works as a VST, AU, or AAX plugin on Windows and macOS, and also as a standalone app for auditioning tones without opening a DAW. You can drag and drop Redwirez or third-party IRs, then use the included N-series and A-series modules to add classic Neve and API-style EQ to your IR stack. The package ships with a Marshall 1960A 4×12 module, a 5-band Redwirez REQ EQ, a PCM60 reverb, and the Giganator for simulating high gig levels at low volume. Once you’ve built a mix, export it as WAV or AIFF for use in another amp sim or hardware loader. It’s aimed at hobby guitarists and producers who want flexible cabinet and mic blending without dongles or activation. Note that the 3D cabinet view only works with the included Redwirez modules, not third-party IRs.
