RIVE by iFeature is a real-time polyphonic harmonic splitter that separates any sound into its odd, even, and inharmonic components with precision. Unlike heavy spectral processors, it runs efficiently at around 2% CPU, making it practical for everyday use. Each harmonic layer can be shaped, shifted, or emphasized independently, giving you direct control over the internal structure of a sound. Use it to sculpt complex timbres, add formant movement, or emphasize specific harmonic families for mixing and sound design. It supports monophonic and polyphonic operation up to 8 voices, with per-slider formant shift and three quality modes (rapid, neutral, detail). A display shows harmonic content and active voices.
