Ronan Fed ESSENCE Plus v1.0 x64 VST VST3 WiN [FREE]

Ronan Fed ESSENCE Plus is a free, 64-bit subtractive synthesizer for Windows, offered in VST and VST3 formats. It suits hobby producers who want to build polyphonic synth parts in compatible hosts such as FL Studio or Ableton Live.

The sound engine combines three multi-voice oscillators, each supporting eight voices with detuning and stereo control, alongside separate noise and sub oscillators. Low-pass, band-pass and high-pass filtering provide different ways to shape the tone. Dedicated filter and amplitude envelopes include adjustable curves, with two additional modulation envelopes for further movement. Two LFOs add tempo-synced modulation and a random waveform, while glide and vibrato offer extra expression.

For writing patterns, ESSENCE Plus includes an arpeggiator and chord generator. Its onboard processing covers chorus, stereo imaging, delay and reverb, plus compression and a three-band parametric EQ. Hard-clipping distortion and saturation give you options for adding edge. With synthesis, pattern tools and effects in one interface, it is a practical choice for producers who prefer shaping sounds inside the instrument.
