It gives the DAW a darker, less colourful appearance with a more compact layout, aimed at producers who find the standard skins too bulky on laptops or smaller monitors. This skin is for Samplitude users who want to change their workspace without adding instruments or effects. Installation involves copying the skin folder into Samplitude’s Bitmaps directory, selecting it in the skin preferences, and loading the supplied colour file and peak meter preset. For the intended appearance, set the interface font to Arial Bold at 9 pt and make sure Segoe UI is installed, then restart Samplitude.

An included INZ configuration offers an alternative setup route, but importing it also changes keyboard shortcuts, controller settings and other program preferences. Save your existing configuration first, or create a personal INZ file after adjusting the skin. Keeping the supplied presets in Samplitude’s designated folders makes restoring the appearance easier later.
