SK10

Wavesfactory SK10 is a low-end enhancement effect that recreates the response of a Subkick microphone. Rather than relying on EQ boosts, it offers a microphone-inspired way to give tracks extra bass weight while keeping the result natural. It is a useful option when a kick drum needs more depth or a recording feels light in the lower frequencies.

For hobby producers and home-studio musicians, SK10 provides an alternative approach to shaping the bottom end. Use it when you want to reinforce a track’s low-frequency foundation without making an equalizer your first choice. Its focused purpose suits producers looking for natural-sounding bass support rather than a broad sound-design tool. SK10 supports Mac and Windows and comes in VST, Audio Units, and AAX formats for use in compatible hosts.
