Slower

Slower by e instruments is a sample-based instrument library that captures the warm, wobbly character of half-speed tape. High-end recordings of keys, guitars, strings, woodwinds, brass, and rarities like dulcimer and glockenspiel are played back at half speed, pitching everything down an octave. You get four distinct tape flavors—studio reel-to-reel, portable reel, cassette, and dictaphone—each adding its own noise, flutter, and lo-fi grit. The result is a collection of 65 sound sources that turn familiar instruments into thick, mellow, and nostalgic textures. With extensive modulation options, it’s great for ambient, lo-fi, cinematic, and experimental productions. Ideal for hobby producers using FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want genuine analog warmth without digital emulation. Whether you need breathy woodwinds, deep pianos, or crunchy cassette keys, Slower delivers organic, emotive tones that sit beautifully in any mix.
