Sonic Academy NODE is a wavetable editor for producers and sound designers who want to build custom oscillator shapes for their synthesizers. Rather than relying only on factory tables, you can draw waveforms, move individual nodes and shape transitions with Bezier curves. Vector and raster modes let you work with editable shapes or reshape imported samples.

Start with sine, saw, triangle, pulse or square templates, then arrange shapes across nine frames to develop a changing wavetable. NODE supports both single-cycle waves and multiframe tables, making it useful for creating simple oscillator sources as well as more animated material. Included presets offer starting points ranging from familiar analog-style shapes to harder digital tones.

Finished wavetables can be exported for Serum, Arturia Pigments, ANA2, Ableton Wavetable, VPS Avenger and KV331 SynthMaster. This Windows version is available in VST2, VST3 and AAX formats, plus a standalone application.
