Sonic Extensions Nylon Sky For Omnisphere 2 [WIN MacOSX]-FLARE

Sonic Extensions Nylon Sky is a nylon-string guitar expansion for Omnisphere 2.8 or later, combining detailed acoustic sampling with synthesis tools for ambient layers and organic textures. It suits hobby producers looking for expressive guitar parts, evolving backgrounds, or rhythmic strumming without recording a guitarist.

The sampled instrument comes from Bob Daspit and includes fingerstyle, picked, and flamenco performances, alongside muted notes, tremolo, harmonics, legato articulations, and round robins. Three microphone channels—Tube, X/Y, and Wide—let you adjust the recording balance, while a Realism control introduces performance details such as breathing and incidental noise.

For rhythm work, strumming patches use Omnisphere’s arpeggiator features, with Humanity and Life controls and step modifiers for building custom patterns. The included Sky Verb shimmer reverb and Sky Channel Class-A channel strip extend the sound from natural acoustic tones to spacious, processed guitar textures.

Nylon Sky requires Omnisphere rather than running as a standalone plugin. For Windows-based FL Studio or Ableton Live setups, it provides a guitar-focused sound source within an existing Omnisphere workflow.
