Steinberg The Grand 3 v3.2.10 STANDALONE VSTi VSTi3 AUi WiN OSX x64

Steinberg The Grand 3 is a sampled piano instrument for producers, songwriters and keyboard players who want acoustic and electric piano sounds for recording and arranging. Its five models cover three concert grands, a vintage upright and the Yamaha CP80 Electric Grand, giving you distinct starting points for solo performances or piano parts within a mix.

The library contains around 30 GB of samples, with up to 20 velocity layers per key to capture changes in tone as you play harder or softer. Sustain and sostenuto pedal support, mechanical noises and resonance help preserve the details that make a piano performance feel natural.

For the acoustic models, close and player microphone perspectives offer different ways to present the instrument without changing the musical part. The recordings were made with Neumann microphones and a recording chain tailored to piano, in a purpose-built acoustic space. Whether you are sketching chords or shaping an expressive keyboard arrangement, The Grand 3 provides a focused collection of deeply sampled pianos.
