String Flow Cello by Ben Osterhouse brings the lively movement of a bow rolling rapidly across cello strings into your productions. Built from recorded chord performances, this sampled instrument creates energetic, layered string textures for cinematic cues, atmospheric tracks, and arrangements that need more motion than a sustained cello part. Two playing approaches let you choose between easy harmony and more direct control. Select a chord type and key, then play the white keys to trigger harmonies that stay within your chosen key. Alternatively, play supported chords directly to hear their recorded cello performances. Included MIDI clips demonstrate which chords are available in this second mode. It suits hobby producers seeking approachable string writing, as well as more experienced composers who want to explore the instrument’s recorded harmonies.
