Super-7

Super-7 is a virtual instrument from UVI that recreates the warm analog sound of the MKS-7, an 8-voice rackmount synth blending the famous 106 architecture with PCM drum sounds. It’s built for synthwave, new wave, electro, house, and ’80s pop, offering rich, charactered tones that can carry entire tracks or add depth to modern productions. The plugin includes six discrete layers: eight drum tracks, bass, melody, and three general-purpose synth parts, each with its own amp envelope, multimode filter, drive, phasor, EQ, reverb, delay, and arpeggiator. You get multi-sampled patches recorded three ways (normal, chorus, noise) and a huge drum selection drawn from classic machines like the 606, 626, 707, 808, and 909, plus modern sounds. Individual parts are also available standalone for focused sound design. Super-7 suits hobby producers looking for authentic ’80s analog flavor and versatile layering in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic.
