Super VHS

Super VHS by Baby Audio is a creative multi-effects plugin that gives clean recordings the worn, imperfect character of vintage tape and early digital gear. Its six effects combine synthesized noise, warm tape-style saturation, sample-rate reduction, dark chorus, pitch drift and grainy hall reverb. Use a light touch to soften a synth or add movement to a guitar, or push the controls for unstable melodies, gritty drums and washed-out vocals. Each effect uses a single control that adjusts multiple parameters behind the scenes, making experimentation quick without diving into menus. Global wet/dry and output controls help blend the treatment into your track. With a hands-on approach rather than preset browsing, Super VHS suits producers who want to build their own lo-fi textures, nostalgic synth sounds and deliberately rough edges.
