Surge XT v1.1.1 x32 x64 VST3 AU CLAP WiN MAC LiNUX [FREE]

Surge XT is a free hybrid synthesizer for producers who want to explore subtractive, wavetable, FM and physical-modeling sounds in one instrument. It suits hobby musicians building tracks in FL Studio or Ableton Live on Windows, whether they prefer browsing presets or designing patches from scratch.

Each patch has two independent synthesis scenes for layered sounds or keyboard splits, with three oscillators per scene. Twelve oscillator algorithms cover everything from familiar saw and pulse tones to plucked strings, noise and more experimental textures. Many algorithms support up to 16-voice unison for thicker sounds.

Sound shaping includes two filter units with eight routing configurations, numerous filter models and a waveshaper with 43 shapes. For movement, each scene offers six per-voice and six global LFOs, alongside step sequencing, multi-segment envelopes and a scriptable formula modulator. Almost every continuously adjustable parameter can receive modulation.

The factory library contains 2,779 patches and 614 wavetables. Category browsing, text search and favorites make it easier to find a starting point, while onboard effects let you develop the sound further within the synth.
