Swar Systems SwarPlug v4.5 CE-V.R

Swar Systems SwarPlug v4.5 is a sampled Indian instrument plugin for producers and composers who want traditional sounds alongside MIDI phrases they can adapt to their own tracks. Its collection covers more than 80 instruments, with instrument-specific MIDI loops you can audition and drag into your DAW to build parts quickly.

For more detailed performances, SwarPlug offers customisable playing-area mappings, MPE support and a Cross-Legato mode for smooth transitions during pitch bends. Scale customisation includes semitone tuning, giving you control over pitch relationships rather than limiting every part to standard tuning. A modulation panel, time-stretching, buses and effects provide further ways to shape the sound and movement of a performance. Instruments in the ML range also include a multi-mic fader for adjusting microphone balance.

It suits hobby producers exploring Indian instrumentation, as well as composers adding these timbres to contemporary arrangements. This Windows listing specifies AAX format, so check that your host supports AAX before choosing it.
