Tape, Tubes & Transistors

This bundle recreates the classic Olympic Studios signal chain used by Eddie Kramer on legendary recordings. It includes three plugins: the HLS Channel, which models the Helios console from the Rolling Stones’ mobile truck; the PIE Compressor, based on the Pye compressor; and the Master Tape, capturing the character of 2-track tape. Together they deliver the warm, analog richness of the 60s and early 70s, with high-end presence and a fat low end. Use them on individual tracks or full mixes to add vintage mojo, from subtle coloration to saturated tape effects. The plugins can also introduce analog imperfections for extra authenticity. Ideal for hobby producers seeking classic rock tones or anyone wanting to infuse digital productions with retro character. Compatible with major DAWs.
