TimewARP 2600

The TimewARP 2600 by AIR Music Technology is a meticulous software recreation of the legendary ARP 2600 semi-modular synthesizer. Endorsed by ARP founder Alan R. Pearlman and built with input from original hardware engineers, it delivers the warm, authentic tone that shaped records by Depeche Mode, The Who, and Joe Zawinul. Beyond emulation, it adds modern perks like eight-voice polyphony and patch memory. Its normalized patch design makes modular synthesis approachable for beginners, while deep routing satisfies experts. You can even use it as an audio effect to process guitar, vocals, or other inputs for unique vocoder-style textures. Ideal for producers seeking classic analog character with modern flexibility, the TimewARP 2600 bridges vintage heritage and contemporary workflow.
