Twangström

Twangström by u-he is a spring reverb plugin that brings the lively, metallic character of vintage guitar and instrument amplifiers into your productions. Three modelled reverb tanks offer distinct spring textures, while a drive and tone stage adds warmth and colour before you shape the result with a resonant multimode filter. Use it to give guitars an amp-style ambience, add a rattling edge to drums, or turn synth parts into shifting atmospheric layers. For more experimental sounds, shake the virtual springs and animate parameters with the LFO, envelope and modulation matrix. Flexible input and feedback routing supports mono and stereo combinations, and 76 factory presets provide useful starting points. It suits producers who want characterful reverb with hands-on sound design options, from familiar spring splash to unusual, evolving effects.
