UNCHARTED 88

Heavyocity’s UNCHARTED 88 is a deeply sampled percussion instrument built from the dismantled components of a piano—strings, iron plate, and wood frame—captured with hammers, rocket rods, coins, and picks. Powered by the Damage 2 engine, it delivers over 500 sources and 18,600 samples of edgy, organic percussion. The library is organized into three instruments: Ensemble Designer (235+ playable sources), Loop Designer (curated tension-building loops), and Kit Designer, each offering a customizable workflow. The sound ranges from eerie, thriller-esque textures to brutal piano hits and transitions, making it ideal for cinematic hybrid scores, experimental tracks, and any production needing mysterious, percussive character. It suits composers and producers looking to push their sonic palette into uncharted territory. Available as a VST plugin for Windows and macOS.
