Vapor Keys

Vapor Keys by Karanyi Sounds is a sample-based instrument that channels the hazy, nostalgic tones of the 90s into your modern productions. Built around 29 custom electric piano and wavetable synth patches—including iconic sounds from the Yamaha DX7 and Arturia MicroFreak—it offers a 2+1 layer synth engine that lets you blend traditional key sounds with 13 additional synth sublayers. Add the VHS-like WOW modulation for instant lo-fi character. The Enhanced Edition introduces the Ethos reverb with 24 algorithms, the Dimension MK2 DSP effect with 19 algorithms for widening and transforming your sound, and a Smart Randomizer that generates fresh patch and effect variations with a single click. Whether you’re crafting dreamy ambient textures, lush melodies, or dark, moody soundscapes, Vapor Keys delivers inspiring, retro-modern tones for hobby producers and sound designers working in any DAW.
