Vertigo Cello

Vertigo Cello by Cinematique Instruments is a cello instrument for expressive melodies, organic string ensembles and evolving soundscapes. Its 15 sound sources combine solo cello and trio performances, spanning sustained notes, fragile textures, sul ponticello, harmonics, tremolo and more experimental processed tones. Freely mix and individually tune the articulations to shape anything from an intimate cello part to a dense, atmospheric backdrop. Characterful legato sounds support melodic writing, while a bonus patch delivers ascending and descending fifth portamento with one or four cellos. Presets and a Dice randomization option offer starting points for exploration. Tone, Fog and Retro controls add further colour, alongside six reverb types and mod-wheel control of volume and tone. Suited to hobby producers and composers, Vertigo Cello brings depth and movement to ambient tracks, cinematic cues and textured arrangements.
